Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance
At Order Panda, we take data privacy and European GDPR compliance seriously. This policy outlines how we handle data specifically for our Shopify App.
- Our Role: Our app acts strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of you, the Shopify Merchant (the Data Controller).
- European Hosting: To guarantee data sovereignty, all app hosting and data processing is done entirely within Europe via Google Cloud Services.
- Data Collection: We collect only the absolute necessary data via Shopify APIs required for fulfillment optimization. This is limited strictly to Order details and Customer shipping information.
- Data Minimization Principle: Information is only kept as long as necessary to fulfill the app’s explicit purpose. We do not hoard unnecessary historical data.
- Your Data Rights: Merchants have the right to request full data removal at any time. All merchant and customer data will be permanently removed upon verified request.
